Symprove is a water-based multi-strain supplement that contains 4 unique strains of live activated bacteria.

These include: L. rhamnosus, E. faecium, L. acidophilus, and L. plantarum.

Normally a healthy gut would already contain all four of these, however when it doesn’t, it can soon become unbalanced.

How To Use

Symprove is easy to use.

• Drink 'first thing’ in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast.
• Pour 1ml/kilo of your bodyweight into the measuring cup provided (maximum dose 100ml).
• Wait 5 minutes before having hot drinks or eating breakfast.

Safety Warning

• Within the first few days, you may find a loosening of stools.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Do not freeze or heat Symprove as it contains live, active bacteria.

Food supplements do not a substitute for a varied diet.

Before opening, Symprove should be stored in a cool dark place.

Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 10 days of opening.

Do not freeze or heat as this will kill the bacteria.

Keep out of reach of children.
