Cod Liver Oil is used as a trusted household remedy; most people consume it for all health purposes. Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil contains Vitamin D. Vitamin D increases the uptake of calcium in the body and is a prerequisite for strong bones. Cod Liver Oil is also naturally rich in two essential Omega-3 fatty acids – DHA and EPA, which help to maintain the body’s metabolism and circulation as well as maintain overall health. Seven Seas has over 80 years experience of producing clear, refined Cod Liver Oil.

How To Use

Adults and children over 15 years - two 5ml teaspoons daily
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use within 2 months of opening.
