Seven Seas Omega-3 & Tumeric is specifically developed to support your overall health and wellbeing.

Omega-3 is essential as your body cannot produce it from scratch. It supports major organs in the body, helping them to function normally, such as the heart, brain and eyes.

How To Use

Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule (red blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.

Each blister pack features a helpful ‘days of the week’ guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage.

If you miss a day, don’t exceed the recommended dosage and move onto the next relevant day.

You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.

Active Ingredients

Capsule: Fish Oil, Capsule Shell (Beef Gelatine, Humectant: Glycerol), DL-Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D)

Tablet: Bulking agents (Maltodextrin, Cellulose), Turmeric extract (Curcuma Longa L. Root), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Fatty acids, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Emulsifier: Cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, Coating (Glazing agent: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Thickener: Glycerol, Stabiliser: Talc).

Deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland:
Delivery by Royal Mail. Customs charges may be incurred, depending on your order value.
