How To Use

Recommended daily dose is one film-coated tablet per day in the morning with a glass of water, preferably at breakfast.

Active Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose;
magnesium oxide ; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) ;
DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) ;
beta-carotene (source of vitamin A) (carriers:
modified starch, corn starch and glucose syrup,
anti-oxidants: sodium ascorbate and alpha-tocopher-
ol) ; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose ;
nicotinamide (niacin) ; ferrous fumarate ; zinc oxide ;
sodium selenite ; glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol ;
D-pantothenate, calcium (pantothenic acid) ; colour:
iron oxides ; manganese sulphate ; emulsifier ;
polyethylene glycol ; stabiliser: talc ; cholecalciferol
(vitamin D) (carriers : modified starch, sucrose and
medium chain triglycerides, antioxidants: sodium
ascorbate and alpha-tocopherol, anti-caking agent:
silicon dioxide); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6);
folic acid (vitamin B9) ; cyanocobalamin (vitamin
B12) ; D-biotin ; thiamin mononitrate (vitamin B1);
cupric sulphate ; riboflavin (vitamin B2).
