Product Information

Pepcid Duo is a dual-action chewable tablet for the relief of heartburn and acid indigestion. It combines an antacid component (calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide) that helps neutralise stomach acid quickly with famotidine, an H2 antagonist that helps control acid production for longer-lasting relief. It is intended for short-term use only. Do not take if you have difficulty or pain on swallowing, vomiting with blood, black stools, or unexplained weight loss without first speaking to your doctor. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding or for children unless advised. As this is a pharmacy medicine, our pharmacist is available for advice. If symptoms persist beyond two weeks, see your doctor. Always read the label and the patient information leaflet before use.

How To Use

Adults and children aged 16 years and over: chew one tablet for the relief of symptoms. Do not take more than two tablets in any 24-hour period. Do not use continuously for more than two weeks without medical advice. Speak to our pharmacist if you are unsure whether this product is suitable for you.

Famotidine 10mg, calcium carbonate 800mg, magnesium hydroxide 165mg per chewable tablet.
