Product Information

Panadol Extra film-coated tablets combine paracetamol with caffeine for the relief of pain such as headache, migraine, backache, toothache, rheumatic and period pain, and the symptoms of cold, flu and sore throat. Contains paracetamol — do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product. Always read the label and the patient information leaflet before use.

How To Use

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over (over 40kg): take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 tablets (4000mg paracetamol) in any 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Not suitable for children under 12. Avoid other sources of caffeine. Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice.

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains paracetamol 500mg and caffeine 65mg.
