Product Information

Nurofen Plus is a combination of ibuprofen and codeine in a film-coated tablet that provides relief from moderate pain such as tension headaches, dental discomfort, backache and period pain. Each NSAID codeine tablet works within 30–45?minutes, giving relief that lasts up to 6 hours.

This 24-pack of tablets combines two active ingredients, ibuprofen and codeine phosphate, which act together to provide pain relief and reduce swelling and inflammation. 

1. Ibuprofen is a non-steroid anti-inflammatory and relieves the swelling, heat, and soreness that accompanies inflammation.
2. It metabolises into morphine and acts on pain receptors in the brain.
3. The 2-in-1 formula provides more effective control of moderate pain than ibuprofen alone.

Dosage & Safety of Nurofen Plus 200?mg

1. Adults and adolescents (16+): 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as needed, up to 4 tablets in 24 hours.
2. Not suitable for children under 16.
3. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.
4. Short-term use only—consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3–4 days or worsen.
