Product Information

Nicotinell Fruit 2mg Medicated Chewing Gum is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) that helps relieve and prevent cravings and withdrawal symptoms when you stop smoking or cut down. The 2mg strength is intended for smokers of fewer than 20 cigarettes a day. Always read the label and the patient information leaflet before use.

How To Use

Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Chew slowly until you notice a peppery taste or slight tingling, then rest ('park') the gum between your cheek and gum; chew again when the taste fades, continuing for about 30 minutes. Most people use 8 to 12 pieces a day; do not use more than 24 pieces a day, and no more than one piece per hour. Do not eat or drink (especially acidic drinks such as coffee, juice or soft drinks) for 15 minutes before or while chewing. Always read the label and the patient information leaflet before use.
