Fybogel FibreChews Citrus are citrus-flavoured chewable tablets that provide soluble dietary fibre (Fibersol-2). Each chewable tablet provides 1g of soluble fibre. Soluble fibre absorbs water in the gut and adds bulk, which can help support normal bowel function and regularity as part of the diet. They are a convenient on-the-go format that can be chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth without the need for water. The beneficial effect is linked to regular daily use. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition, speak to your pharmacist before use.

How To Use

Adults and children over 12 years: take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening, up to a total of 6 tablets per day. Chew the tablets or allow them to dissolve in the mouth, then swallow. Do not take more than 6 tablets a day. For best results take regularly and maintain a good daily fluid intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Active Ingredients

Soluble fibre Fibersol-2 (digestion-resistant maltodextrin), providing 1g soluble fibre per chewable tablet; citrus flavour.

Free delivery on orders over €39. Charge of €9.95 applies to orders under €39.
