Note Boosting Lash Primer is an excellent conditioning base for mascara with a creamy texture that permits to get soft and smooth lashes, without being sticky. Created for improved volumizing and lengthening effect while maximizing the performance of any mascara. Its conical-shaped fiber brush enables clump-free application and a fantastic fanned-out look. Formulated with Widelash(TM) to help promote hair growth, providing a fortifying effect, increasing eyelash thickness and volume for longer, fuller and stronger lashes.

How To Use

Apply to clean lashes sweeping brush from roots to tips. Before the formula dries, immediately follow with mascara. Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white primer is no long visible.
