Paracetamol from Paralief is stocked here in two formats: the 500mg effervescent tablets in a 24 pack and the standard Paralief tablets.
Both contain paracetamol, so the choice between them is about how you prefer to take it rather than about strength. Effervescent tablets dissolve in water before being drunk, which suits anyone who finds tablets difficult to swallow, and the liquid form means it is taken with fluid as a matter of course. Standard tablets are swallowed whole with water. The dose, the interval between doses and the maximum in 24 hours are set out on the pack and in the leaflet, and those limits matter: paracetamol appears in a great many cold and flu remedies and combination painkillers, so taking two products together can take you over the daily limit without it being obvious. Check the active ingredient on anything else you are taking before adding this alongside.
