B vitamins such as Biotin, Niacin, B12 and B6 are important for energy, the reduction of tiredness & fatigue, normal psychological functions and the function of the nervous system.

Thiamin contributes to the normal function of the heart.

Pantothenic acid is important for mental performance.

Vitamin E is an essential vitamin important for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

In times of stress when the body can be challenged, having sources of these nutrients that positively affect the immune system and other body functions is important.

How To Use

Adults: Take TWO Evening Primrose Oil capsules and ONE B Complex tablet daily with the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
